It's no secret that there are times when circumstances in my life turn out far more positive than I believed they would. The ideal ending takes me by surprise because it far exceeds what I was able to envision. I often error on the side of magical thinking when it comes to life's challenges.
While every life challenge I face does not produce my ideal ending, it's believing it will that keeps me in the fight. That's called hope.
It's not life's challenges that we must be wary of, but rather the power of our own disbelief. What do you believe?

I think you are absolutely right!
Believing in possibilities is the only way for a possibility to emerge! :-)
Very nice post!

I believe that there's not a darned thing wrong with magical thinking. Dress it one way, it's superstition; dress it another way, it's spirituality and faith. Either way, as you suggest, it's hope that gets us through... no matter how things do turn out.

Very well said Domestika. You have truly captured the heart of the matter.
Thanks for contributing to the conversation.
Thank you Jennifer for making it simple.

So very true! If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.
